Taking Wild Flower Pictures in the Austin's Texas Hill Country: SNMC Loan Officer Malissa K Scott

2014 was the year I finally cracked and had a impromptu photo of me taken amongst Lady Bird Johnson's Texas Hill Country's beloved Wild Flowers. I have taken plenty of the most amazing beautiful shots of my kids through the years, but no one had really every said "Hey how about a picture of you".

One cool spring April morning I was taking a walk between Big Stacy and Little Stacy Parks in the heart of Austin just a little off of the go to Hipster Hot Spots in SOCO (that's South Congress). Those April showers definitely brought the May flowers this year.

Being local to Austin and The Texas Hill Country has afforded me the knowledge of where and when the Wild Flowers are in their full glory. I've never had to drag my kids out on the side of the highway and pray that some motorist wasn't going to veer off the road and accidentally run my entire family over. Some of you new to Austin may ask "How'd that happen?" The story of the President Johnson's wife and her legacy of the Wildflowers is a story for another blog another day.

My name is Malissa K. Scott and I am a Loan Officer and the professional benefit of being local is knowing and understanding the unique differences of Austin's diverse neighborhoods. Which is also a benefit of working at Security National Mortgage, we know the value of Austin homes, we take care of our entire lending process in our Austin office. Our employees are local Austinites many of whom have spent their entire careers here in Central Texas. Residential, True Green Built, Construction, Land, & Commercial, we take care of Austin & The Texas Hill Country's lending needs.
