#3 I'm a Princess... NO REALLY IT'S TRUE... and so are many of my friends!
I am a member of an amazing Philanthropic Organization that raises money and support for the Shriner's Hospitals for Children called Daughter's of the Nile.
Daughter's of the Nile has a history over 100 years LONG and today I was honored to become an officer in the Austin TX Chapter of Ruh Neb.
What a wonderful way to spend my spare time, performing charity for Children, having a great reason to dress up, and being called Princess.
Another Fantasic Reason to like being me: Malissa K Scott
Actually I don't think I'm a Hipster but when your daughter comes home from Manhattan and tells you "Mommy you're the original Hipster" it must be true! She quoted: Hipsters are a subculture that value independent thinking, counter-culture, progressive politics, creativity, intelligence, and witty banter. They reject the culturally-ignorant attitudes, and are often be seen wearing vintage and thrift store inspired fashions. They tend to be well educated in fields creative analytical thinking...

Countdown to my Birthday Things I Like About Being Me: Malissa K Scott #2 Having Green Eyes on St. Patrick's Day
#2 Having Green Eyes on St. Patrick's Day
I learned to love this early in life. I could NEVER seem to remember St. Patrick's Day as a child but I always had my green eyes to save me... or allow pinch backs for those who had not learned the years before.

30 Days Celebration of Why Its Great to be ME: Malissa K Scott
I just realized it is 30 days until my birthday, that is 16th April for those who need to know. With the whole of everything in my life right now I decided that I would spend the last 30 days of this year celebrating why it is GREAT to be me... Malissa K Scott!
#1: My Kids... not just a great reason but an awesome reason! (pictures will come)
Victoria Ellen Scott: My eldest and for those of you who know Victoria you might be surprised to find out I have 3 sons too. Victoria continues to impress, surprise, and amaze me. Can you believe the view off her Manhattan apartment window? She will be a Senior at The Kings College by the end of this semester. As a teenager I always wanted to be her Mom and NEVER her "friend" and now she is the BEST Friend a Mom could ever hope to have.
Michael Garnet Scott II: My eldest Son, a Senior in High School this year. Blonde hair and blue eyes and always the biggest Mommy's Boy. Brilliant doesn't do justice to describe how intelligent he is, as neither does stubborn to describe his attitude.
August James Schonaerts: My 3rd Child and older than the 4th by 15 minutes. He is giving kindergarten one heck of an experience. He has never met a puddle he couldn't ka-splash and currently likes to be Capt. NO Underpants!
Robert Clark Schonaerts: My Baby... by 15 minutes. He loves all types of music and isn't afraid to make it up as he goes along. He is giving Victoria a run for her money on being a bossy pants.
For those who do not know August & Robert are Identical Twins. They are exactly the same BUT nothing alike. Red Hair, Green Eyes, Fair Skin, Freckles, and full of mischief.
Not only did I start with my #1 reason I also totally pulled the Mom card, but the truth is the best of my life is spent caring for and loving my creations.
My Super Power is making Super Kids...
